I bet this site uses a cronjob to handle all user upgrades and such, would be on a timer, ie.. every 15 mins or such..

How are the 4 hours of activity added together?  Is it just time logged in or is it time actively posting and browsing?  Ugh I just wanted to post on a single auction...
