What country are you from and how big is your market in your country? I predict that you will have very little sales made paid in BTC. The biggest chunk of your sales will come from cash and credit cards making BTC not matter for your cafe. You can take BTC acceptance out and it will not affect your sales in anyway. It will be that negligent. |

Using your savings, or returns made from bitcoin related activities to build a cafe, is a brilliant idea. Holding bitcoins may give you really nice gains just from having your money frozen, but investing them in such a business will bring you something stable, that you can rely on as a source of income. That is why i have always thought about starting some real, legit company which would be funded by bitcoin at least partly, but that is just i dream about, it is most likely not going to happen. |

Paying with bitcoin on streets is still rare, the fees and confirmations make micropayments less attractive, for example I dont even use something like that. |

That is a really good idea if you are willing to invest such a big sum of money into a estate. Imw really curious in which city and country you are living in, because if it is highly developed one, then the price of an big office in a city centre would be really high. But such a place is a really good investment, because the prices are constantly rising, because the city is still growing and properties near it are most expensive. There is always a question how you are going to collect bitcoins for such a purpose, because the amount of funds needed for something like that is big, but im sure you know that there are many ways in which you can multiply your funds. |

It is one of the best investment to put your bitcoin on, because we know that real estate especially the land. The price movement or value of it is the same with bitcoin, the longer you had it the higher price it is possible to happen. The only problem is that some people doesn't have any knowledge of bitcoin

As I know most bitcoin users still focus on online business like trading, faucets and online store. If you have enough bitcoin would you invest your bitcoin in offline business like aggricultural Industry, Culinary or may be tourism Industry?
Bitcoin will be known by a lot of people if most bitcoin users use the bitcoin to do offline business. You can use your bitcoin for funding or payment. When your government prohibit bitcoin you can use bitcoin as funding option. I think if you can make sustainable and profitable offilne business there will be a lot of investors from bitcoin comunity who want to take a part in your businsess. Do you think this idea is possible?
Now in these days it seems that the most of the simple earning way is trading and Investment in the sites which have good base for the buisness , but here if we make small earning and then if we want grow our buisness then it is more better to Invest in the offline buisness . Because in the offline buisness we can manage everything physically and can see what the bug and problem in my service . Here the most of the bitcoiners after get the success in the bitcoin , try to grow Thier earning by owing a casino Gambling site but it really risky Because we need to advertise also , so more Investment then what we expect . In my country , one of my friend made lot of earnings in the bitcoin and then started his offline buisness of plantation . He start to grow plants in his empty land , and then Invest also in the dairy buisness for milk . Now he is really a big buisness like the millionaire ( which is not small according to the his past background) . So simple farming buisness Investment are also better in the practical life . |

I hope your main source of BTC is not your signature campaign. Maybe the best way for you is to get a loan from a bank. |

How do you collect all your Bitcoins to purchase you future real estate business? Do you use fiat to buy your BTC? So from where do you get your fiat, from your job? What is your job? I hope your main source of BTC is not your signature campaign. Maybe the best way for you is to get a loan from a bank. First of all, I also think that buying real estate is very very good investment. But the fact is that not every seller will sell the goods for Bitcoin. There are not really a lot of options to make any kind of investments offline, since bitcoin is mostly an online currency and many people don’t know much about it, and when the amount of money we can make with bitcoin is so high that I doubt there is much interest in offline businesses. |

Believed me, its worth to invest your hard earn bitcoin to any business you want to put up with. I was struggling to put additional cash on my business but since I have found bitcoin, I used my earnings here as cash flow on my business and I'm very happy with the result I'm getting. So I advise everyone, if we have an any idea that you want to, go on and pursue it because we may never know, one day you will become financially stable with your business and your bitcoin earnings as a sideline for more income.
