Yup, there is at least one already:

CUDA miner is likely there too already, I'm working on it as well.

Regarding GPU mining , this will work only on 8GB cards? Or?

Maybe someone could give me answer?

I am quite new to GPU mining ( still looking what GPU's to buy ) but not so new on CPU mining  Grin

I'm no gpu dev and too inexperienced for AMD. CUDA is much easier to write, but I hope someone will step in and maybe mod a kernel to use with this algo, it shouldn't be very hard. Zawawa is on it AFAIK.

Yes, you'll likely need 8gb cards

holy crap!  4 threads eats up 16GB DDR4 RAM! haha wow!
Maybe the OP should have branded this as a RAM-mining coin, we dont have any of those yet, except this one! ;p

I am not sure how much ill be mining, the thought of keeping my system maxed like that 24/7 is scary! too crazy never seen ANYTHING use up all my RAM. Cool coin haha

Current Difficulty   237.40613146  , the diff is getting a little bit higher for solo. It seems there is some interest in this coin.
I personally like it because it can't be mined very easy by botnets , gpu's etc, but that's only my opinion.

I cant really say as it read "0 sol/s" the whole time and ate up all my RAM at -t 4 55% load. i only ran it for a few minutes and felt the stress was too much for my PC (i try to baby it haha).
i am doing more testing now, got it maxed to see if i can get even a "1 sol/s a sec" out of it ;p

On an Intel i7-6700K you get
Code:
- You have validated 1111 transactions!
- You have contributed 0.3908 Sol/s on average to the network solution rate.
- You have completed 1066 Equihash solver runs.
with 6 threads.

Dev, thanks for rolling this environment!

I was very interested in doing similar experimentation, perhaps starting with 168/6 parameters.

According to the formulas in the original Equihash paper, scaling of 200/9 to 192/7 should increase memory requirements by about 4X. Need be, can even go to 216/8, for another 2X in memory.

Love how the proof size is so much smaller with 192/7, a third of the one in zcash.
