Hey organ, the one conspiracy theory i always LOVED was Nazis in NeuSchwabenland, or Antarctica.

I looked deeply into it, and the Brits were actually concerned enough to send a small force in to recon.

Its all BS of course, there might have been a secret isolated u-boat base or two nearby but nothing on Antarctica proper but penguins and ice.

But my interest was always piqued by these details:


1. Over 100,000 missing civilians and military personnel not accounted for by battlefield mortality or being listed as "MIA"


2. Perhaps 3-4 dozen  u-boats unaccounted for.


3. Nazi expeditions to Antarctica where they marked the boundaries of NeuSchwabenland by dropping weighted swatstika flags.


4. Previous expeditions to Antarctica by Germans, who (correct me if I am wrong) discovered Antarctica in the modern age

when an icebreaker they were using suddenly hit land. They have a long association with the landmass.


5. Circumstantial gobbledigook from Nazi higher ups about a secret base.


6. The WHOLE nazi ufo thing, and the fact that ALOT of early UFO abductees or sighters describe 3rd reich like uniforms and the "Aryan" type of alien.


7. Admiral Byrd's expedition to the Antarctic, although i believe found nothing, was sent there for a reason. They did come back with a spectacular

documentary about the continent, filmed in color. Maybe that was the reason.


8. The fact that we dropped a hydrogen bomb on NeuSchwabenland in the 1950's. Actually 3 at different altitudes.


Fascinating stuff to ponder, but alas its all an amplification of a suspicion that turned into more than a wistful dream.
