Casino scam reports

Over the past few days I have noticed a lot of threads about casinos cheating or not paying the winners. Just to name a few:

Is it just me or did you notice that there weren't so many threads like this before? What is it about? Are casinos now scamming more than before? Or is it just a coincidence? What do you think about it?
Sometimes such reports are made by newbies for the sake of activity, I guess, because they say that trusted casinos didn't pay them:

I bet this posts is belong to scam accusations thread. But anyways if this is happening right now(as I don't know about what's happening in crypto gambling world) it seems that scammers now a days are smart enough to tricked people in different ways. But those you mentioned are sites which is not trusted not like as cryptogames nor rollin(as this is the only sites I played and tried and this sites run for so many years already)  so most probably there's a big chance that this sites become scam IMO.

No doubt there is big competition between some casinos, and this forum becomes like a field of this competition because it has a lot of gamblers, so the fraud became a weapon to attack others, this fact can be extended to include altcoin sections as well, there are many examples so I am not specifying, but this is a proven fact.

Imo I don't think mbitcasino is scamming but it's somewhat their fault for not showing the rules from the casino or like having a t&c when you register at the site  The second link that you shared it might be the game provider that was cheating.

Hidden terms & condition and wagering requirement seems to be reason for dispute in majority of case. Along with manual approval of withdrawal also create some panic among new players if the amount is big so they try to create thread to complain about it out of fear rather than contacting casino immediately.

Creating scam accusations against scam casino will help other players to stay away from those shady casino.

You need to analyze every case from different perspective, as some 'casino scammed me' threads are not exactly really telling you full story.

Op admitted he created multiple account, but shared them with his roommate. He also collected bonus.
mBit casino has a rule against multi accounting and it is really hard to prove that user is not cheating that system.
So who is to blame here? User - for breaking the rules? Or casino - for not believing his story about shared PC used for gambling?

Those are obvious scams.Betcoin.ag is being doin it since ages.Other two casinos aren't as reputed as much and only it takes a fool to send money on such shady looking sites with no history or reputation.
Good Casinos are still doing their business as legitimately as possible.No coincidences to connect.

Their should be a law suit filed against all of them. No matter what they claim they are not doing.

I really don't care one way or another.
Just casinos are in all shape and forms are the opioid of bitcoin from where I stand from seeing what is transpiring in the last three weeks of looking into all these big name bitcoin casinos that were around for 5 years all the sudden going scam exit. Out through the side door.
Even a bitdice site has had an issue of losing 55btc and asking for it back just in the past couple of days.
So that right there tells you something is wrong with this whole casino business being online.

Definetely. The terms and conditions must be visible when you register and not click the sitemap to see them! LOL

But there is anyway no legally binding agreement, because they don't state the operator in the ToS and you can not have a contract with a domain name.

I read scam accusations every day and I can not say that they rised recently.

Wow! i don't really think that they are scam but some of the website that isn't popular are the scammer type but the popular type is a trust worthy website gambling and also the newbies are posting for the sake of their activity but we can't blame them its because they have a point there scamming website its really bad for us gambler's and we are earning and they are cheating so its not really a good thing to us we needed to report them the newbies today are the most well thinking users

That's a lessons learned, we gamblers should not just bet on new casinos with less volume since they can easily give up their reputation and will not pay our winnings. Site has their limit in terms of bets and winnings so they can control how much they can lose also as rare things happen like a gambler hitting a jackpot.
However, under the above scenario they have the control of your account and they can shut down your account easily.

The later effect that they failed to think of is they lose their reputation, and when they slowly lose it, they slowly loses their clients as well until business will go bankrupt.

Yes, I agree they aren't scamming. I read the thread and I guess it is just a hard situation there between a casino and a user. I guess the best solution there would be to pay him half of the money, for example, because maybe he really wasn't using multiple accounts and it were his friends. I'm talking about all kinds of reports, I mean, maybe people get more suspicious nowadays about casinos.

I totally agree with that. Moreover, a casino can be nice, then fairly accused of scamming and then be sort of trusted by many users again like betcoin.ag. I know people who still work for them and gamble on their site as if that jackpot story never took place.

Checking the volume first is really the first thing that i checked when i tried to play on a certain casino and you are right you could really say that a casino might give you problems later on specially when you won big  amounts.Infact its not really an ideal thing for them not to pay on a few btc because reputation can be easily break up which leads to bankruptcy.
