My concerns on this one :

1. team seems to have little or no experience in the energy sector, do they have any idea about what they are doing ?
2. they have no relevant industry partners ?
3. and no traction ?
3. do they have a product ? - beyond just some vapourware ?
4. Do they really have a foundation in Switzerland ? can we see proof ?
4. their token structure is poorly thought through ?, looks like a security that will get regulated..?
5. their white paper seems like a weather vane, it just points to whatever is hot, they have flipped around all over the place - so do they have a real plan, real commitment ? other than a quick cash grab ?

Scammers looking for a quick buck and will disappear with your money. Look at their first ICO. They hardly raised any money. If I were doing an ICO you better believe that all my friends and family would be investing in me,. They must have warned them not to invest and that its a scam

I am seeing this project for past 4-5 months with no or less activity from developers.

There is an social bounty campaign available.. but dont know, if it will get paid or not

3. do they have a product ? - beyond just some vapourware ?
4. Do they really have a foundation in Switzerland ? can we see proof ?
4. their token structure is poorly thought through ?, looks like a security that will get regulated..?
5. their white paper seems like a weather vane, it just points to whatever is hot, they have flipped around all over the place - so do they have a real plan, real commitment ? other than a quick cash grab ?

Honestly by the looks of it this guys do not even try to present themselves as long runners, I see no point of helping them in this current market situation..

Can you back up what you mean? We have the foundation registered in Baar, Canton of Zug - our lawyers are Mayerlustenberger Lachenal (a highly reputable firm), we have a long-term strategy and a clear roadmap as follows:
September - Open office in Berlin and move team there.
October - Begin pilot program - bizdev
November - Dubai Smart City Accelerator
January/Feb - Release Beta and conduct pilot studies in Berlin (Solar) and Dubai (Smart homes)

As far as the plan flipping around a lot, it has evolved over many months to what it is now and one of our founders will be speaking about it on coin interview tonight 6pm UTC.
