Using a trusted local exchange from your country. Send your Bitcoins to the exchange, they will pay you in fiat and send the money to the bank account providedby you. That is the method I use.

An exchange or Bitcoin ATM is probably the easiest method to convert bitcoin to fiat. Although most exchanges will require a certain amount of personal information in exchange for this ability.

Assuming you live in a fairly populated area and aren't trying to sell more than a few thousand dollars worth of Bitcoin, try out LocalBitcoins. LocalBitcoins only acts as a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers, but finding a buyer is usually pretty easy. If you have an Android phone, Mycelium Local Trader might also be worth trying.

Easiest and cheapest are going to be two different things, I know you only mentioned easiest so I'll just go forward and say the easiest would have to be using an online marketplace such as Paxful and Localbitcoins, though they do incur pretty hefty fees but it matters on what way you want your money back. (Example - cheaper to have money go straight to cash to your bank account) Cheapest would have to be using a service such as Coinbase, Kraken, BTC-E and so on which allows you to sell and buy bitcoin but you usually must adhere to KYC laws which will take some time to verify all of your ID, Passport and so on. An exchange or Bitcoin ATM is probably the easiest method to convert bitcoin to fiat. Although most exchanges will require a certain amount of personal information in exchange for this ability.
Those may be easy, but those Bitcoin ATM's take a disgusting amount of money from you. Just steer clear from them unless you're really that desperate to sell quickly. Plus I highly doubt your area has one close to where you live, I know I don't.

You can exchange to many exchanges but I like most no KYC exchanges. I use Bitpanda.com because it allows you to buy/sell up to 1000 Euro per day in bitcoin only if you are email verified. Privacy I think matters a lot when you are using bitcoin that's why I recommend you this exchange if you are from Europe.

+ 1 for LBC on small stuff
I will pay the small fee to avoid face to face with a stranger. For transactions >10 BTC at a time a known trader with trust is not a problem for me. I am assuming you are likely trading a fraction of a coin or only 1 or 2 coins per deal.

What's the easiest way to turn bitcoin into cash?
If by cash you mean, Cash in hand and not in your bank account, then Localbitcoins is your only option. They do have some traders who do cash in hand. You can also consider posting in your local section of bitcointalk if you are from a different country and ask them to do a local deal.

What's the easiest way to turn bitcoin into cash?
i think you can do the easiest way by selling your bitcoin into cash in local exchanges that available for your country or you can sell it in localbitcoin but you need to find a person that is in the same country like you so you can make a deal with him/her. before you make transaction, make sure that you found the right person and he have a good reputations in localbitcoin so you don't have to be worried to get scam. i think its not hard to find that person as long as you can make a list the top ten person from your contry so you can easily contact the seller to sell your bitcoin. and this is the short and easy way that you can do while you can make your bitcoin grow than before.
