The price has started to move forward a little, if there is not bad news, then in a couple of months I think it will grow to 1,400 or even more.
Hopefully it reaches more than $1400, there are always bad news, but these bad news give us the opportunity to buy bitcoin and when the good news comes we sell. Why sell for a dime under say $2000 if you believe in bitcoin & think it'll be worth big bucks in the future. I have my eyes on much higher prices than $1400. Maybe I'm a dreamer. I guess we are both a dreamer but atm, i do not think the Bitcoin will reach $1400 soon. Someone is preventing Bitcoin price to go up. I have a feeling some people intend to do this for their own benefits. Like for example, segwit activation can push Bitcoin price but several people are against this. I used to wonder why but what is happening in LTC today simply state the reason why. If these people are for Bitcoin's good, then they should have supported LTC Segwit activation because this will clearly show whether all the information about Segwit (pro or cons) are true. But they still blocked it. |

1400$ would be very nice to see but I think we'll have to wait for that for a while. In the upcoming period Bitcoin price will stay around 1200$ and the market will remain more or less stable. Many issues like fork have been a kind of burden for Bitcoin but still is holding well but despite that we could see 1400$ maybe in the second half of the year.
It will remain stable at $1,200 and if ever there will be some down with the price again that will be only $1,180 - $1,190+ But with what's happening right now in bitcoin, the price is going to the top again and $1,400 will be possible for this year. Just like what happened last year, we are in $800 and was able to reached up to $1k+ before the end of the year. And look with the hard fork issue, though it is not done yet, the price is already good. Not much of movement atm, though price is slowly going up, I do not think it will reach $1400 soon, it needs a good press or another update from the developer to push the price to next level. All I can see Bitcoin will stay at this current range for the next few weeks until some news is announced. This type of movement is way better and not alarming. Because once the price is increasing very high, expect the decrease to be rapid too. I love this type of movement for the price and I think it's better this way and safer than what others are expecting with the rapid pump. Considering Japan's adoption to bitcoin that is a good news and it can make the price pump. Right now the current price is $1,244, I hope this is a continuous increase. I agree that big increases over a short period of time will result in a correction. We also didn't see much of a correction after that last increase. I think overall the price will increase with corrections along the way. And it's more exciting to see that increase within the next weeks or months to come. We will see a very good increase for this year. It is going to be a positive line for the chart of bitcoin for this year, there might be decrease but eventually it can come up again. Let's see $1,400 is already on it's way. |

Current price pump was caused by fact that F2Pool started signalling SegWit.
While positive, it is nothing major, and definitely not the news to rise bitcoin's price to new ATH level.
However, if this move will encourage other pools to start signalling SegWit we will see $1400 and more.

Bitcoin will have a fight at the all time high mark, so around 1165, then after that it's anywhere from 1500 to 10000, nobody can ever tell you how high it will go after all the ATH is smashed. I am agree. Bitcoin price is unpredictable and we can expect amazingly high prices in future or totally drop. Many factors affect on bitcoin and nobody can say how it will behave itself tomorrow. As well I am agree that we can expect 1500$ price very soon. |

Your forecasts have been great since the start, had been following you and I feel that we are not too far from that $1400 level... I think that once we see some problems sorted out like bans, scaling as well as malleability fixes, etc., we will see it heading towards making a new history just like it did in 2k13 after reaching $1000 for the first time...  |

Maybe let pray for this to happen if bitcoin price breach the price of 1300 dollars then do not rejoice yet it will decrease and will rise again there are still people who will not let bitcoin increase into that price that fast they will pump bitcoin first before it will rise into that price trust me this happens every the price is increase.

I dont see any really big resistance area above 1300$ level, except 1500 USD per bitcoin obviously. Without some decent movements on bitcoin chart, it is not possible to see 1500$ level broken quickly, this resistance area seems really strong. Also another problem, is that we are oscillating around the all time high of bitcoin, which is kind of a mental barrier for many technical traders, you dont see that often and the market is already unpredictable, when it is close to all-time highs, there is always uncertain situation on the market. |

That is not like that, we can see that BTC price is kind of stable, it is stalling around 1200$ level, maybe going slightly lower or higher, but it is still around the same area. Without the significant break of next resistance, which is somewhere between 1250 and 1300 USD, we won't see further rises in a short period of time. I assume that bitcoin price is going to decrease for some times, probably around 1-2 months, I expect the lowest dip to somewhere between 960-1040$, just to see increase until 1100$. After that will happen, I think that BTC will have clear way in reaching 1400 price range. |

This high price is not universal. Many local markets are behind. Initially I thought this bullish wave was created when F2Pool started SegWit siganlling. But now I am more inclined to say that high BTC is an effect of problems with wired bank transfers some exchanges experience ATM. We may expect big dump when this problem will be fixed and exchanges reopen USD deposits/withdrawals. |
