As I have said, only time will tell. Current payouts are not proof of legitimacy. A ponzi scheme requires payouts to sucker more people in. But I will withhold jusgement for now. I think payout rates are a good indicator. We all know difficulty increases over time. And in general, it would be difficult to purchase/rent equipment fast enough to maintain a certain rate over time. If MU is still here 2 months from now and paying the same rates, it would be a miracle. But if the service sticks around with continually lower payouts, it would appear more legit to me.
Anyway, to all those participating, never forget that any money sent may never come back, regardless of prior history.

I'm intrigued. I think I'm starting to figure it out. The basic setup is a simple ponzi scheme. Take an order, and you have 72-96 hours to get enough new orders to pay back the old one (which is only around %10 of the original investment). On top of that, you offer premium memberships for 1 btc each, which gives you even more capital to pay back early investers. (1btc can be used for quite a few 0.05 btc payouts!) If you start to run out of capital, just claim the servers are full and make people wait longer. According to their page, it looks like there are currently 45btc worth of payments that have been received and are currently queued. Only 4 btc are currently in the process of being sent out. That buys the owner a bit of time to try and make those 45btc into 50btc and the rest is profit

As I have said, only time will tell.
Actually, it is abundantly obvious regardless of time. It's a classic and *overt* Ponzi Scheme. Ponzi Schemes are illegal and early investors that actually do 'win' can get hit by clawbacks in later prosecution (where they come and take your money). By encouraging others to get in just so you can get your payouts for a while longer is perpetuating the fraud and making YOU a participant. And there are no mining rigs. Get real. It doesn't even make sense with our without them. The whole thing is a joke. Almost as bad as the web site. Check the source. It was made by some WYSIWYG editor, it's freaking awful. And it is HILARIOUS that hxxp://www.btccheap.com/ has the same site 100x better. I'm pretty sure that it was MiningUnited that is the copier of this scam. Almost as funny as the email from 'Jimmy' that tells Mining United that they can play Satoshi Dice with his 'donations'. This idiot is actually going to get away with a good darn chunk of change, thanks to your morons. And, YES, he will get YOU. Whatever profits you have, he'll take when he exits with your latest 'investment'.

The site already running at 1 month.
Someone not received within the prescribed period the money he had received? And if not received within that period, upon contact, received what was due?

Well it's been over a week. I've been withholding making this public since I know once I do I will get a payment. Here you have it, a real long time member saying they don't pay. https://blockchain.info/address/181n25vgaDfbUYkaynUEo4haCyutcq3v4iI know this is a long con but now it seems it's also a short con. And cue the payment with an excuse... 3.. 2.. 1...

Tell them so they can send you a payment, and then publicly announce "Bitpop was complaining, but he was just impatient and has been paid already. See? We pay everyone as promised! No scam here!" It's exactly what they did with the OP Paid, waited for the OP to feel guilty and edit their post saying they did get their money, and then jumped in with "Look, OP is happy so this thread is now moot!"

If the entire site is managed manually, I think there is a possibility of escaping the payment algumendereço BTC. I say. Then just specify the address here BTC has not received payment. Even without speaking to them, they may well make the payment. If they will pay ... where is the scam? I do not understand the idea.

It's called a long con. A good movie to watch regarding scams and con artists, and how easy it is to play on people's greed/vanity/etc, is The Sting ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070735/).

Understand.
If I play in 0.05BTC SatoschiDice, can win or lose. Right? About this site 0.05BTC play, also can win or lose. Right?
Although they are different things, the risk is the same. The important thing is each only invest what you can lose.

I also thought this website was a scam but followed my payment via blockchain.info etc. and waited for about 5 days and I haven't yet received my payment back but I can see the 'proof' - Now for it to just be included in a block! - Legit! & they have a promo on just now! XD

Of course they are different things. I said that. Used just one example, for a risk you run.
Of course if the site simply close. All the investment that was made is lost. And he gets the win.
And a risk involved in all investment sites BitCoin. May close suddenly investiou and who stands to lose.
Some sites may have a way to deal more credible than others, presenting a risk shorter. But the risk is there.
The point I want to highlight and that there is risk in any investment.
