The bitcoin core will be modified especially if the satoshi, there will be a lower rate than satoshi. There will also change in the process of gaining bitcoin and I was thinking that the process of investing and mining bitcoin or should I say satoshi will be different because of the changes that might occur if the bitcoin price will increase to that value.

First, the core of your question is rising of bitcoin or its useless usd so 1 sat = $ 1.
If the rising bitcoin is high, the bitcoin will be added decimally to 12 or 16 instead of 8.

Although that would be great in the future that a satoshi will cost $1, I think it is impossible and it is a lot to expect from bitcoin. But however if it does, maybe the national currency will arrange by creating cents so that to accomodate the exchange of goods and money. Bitcoin will then considered more precious as gold and every bitcoin owner will be reach.

If this happens bitcoin would be more valuable than gold in my opinion. Due to the limited amount of bitcoins (21 million in total supply) this could happen very well in the future. If you think about the dramatic fluctuations in bitcoin price, 1 sat = 1 USD is plausible.
One crucial think about cryptocurrencies that they are decentralized so that means the entire community needs to agree on a change or a modification. If the community thinks that such a change is needed for the betterment of the coin, then I will that change/modification will happen. Hope this answers both your questions.

This scenario is impossible to happen. If this happen there is must be a problem with the system. You need a lot of satoshi to make $1, A LOT.

if 1 satoshi for $ 1 then bitcoin price will be very expensive and it is sure will be many people who become rich and will many people who regret it because it sells bitcoin quickly at cheap price when bitcoin price can berpotnesi at that price.

That is why I do believe that we will never see that 1 Satoshi price is a dollar. It is difficult to imagine that somebody will buy BTC  for such a great sum of money.
