newbie with negative trust offering paypal as payment method, surely once he got the bitcoins a chargeback will happen and will create brand new account trying to do same scam trick over and over again. nothing new

@RePiola: You might want to look elsewhere, this has all the hall marks of a scam - set the bait then wait for the PM's to start rolling in.
