The developer mentioned that their minimum target is 35 BTC and if this amount is not achieved, they will refund the amount and they have an escrow who will be responsible for the refund process SebastianJu.

The dev should mention how much they have collected till now as already 20-21 days have passed since the ICO started.

This one has no progress for a long time.
Even if they use a reputed escrow, still they didn't attract potential investors.
They also removed the links under their profile.
And as I said before, if they are really running a legit business, they will not only put the email ad (info@proprofi.com) as their means of contact since you are in a construction biz.
Clients need more than an email to tap the company's services.

That's so sad. I was only a part of the translation campaign but others have lost more in this project. The dev also is not active now

im getting sick the way icos are done here, people think they can do one lazy post and take our money for free? the amount of work that people put in to get millions is a joke.

Only one transaction and Total Received   0.0205291 BTC. You don't offer awesome features and strong marketing you hardly raise money, this is the simple rule.

Seems this project just Wishful thinking and the team active given some updated about they project,

Failed ICO. I believe proper ICO should be done properly with early preparations. Like preparation of the White Paper and maybe marketing in this forum a month or two before the actual ICO starts.
