why don't you try try to sell it to local trader from your country. I think you can send him your bitcoins and ask him to give you cash in hand, or he can send you the money to your bank account (because you mention bank). it will make you easier.

Where can I withdraw bitcoin in cash?

Instead of transferring money straight into a bank account. Is there a bitcoin ATM that allows withdrawals? I have only seen two machines currently and they only accepted deposits. Or is there some kind of shop I can go to?

Some people offer cash after you met. Try to use sites like https://localbitcoins.com/ to find people on your area, who can give you cash after you met with him for your bitcoins or you can find a person who can transfer money on your bank account and get cash after that. I think it's the most comfortable idea for you to make it with  bank transfer

There is no other way, he can only try to find some local guy who need bitcoins and have a cash for that. It`s hard to find a local trader, there isn`t one in each city of the world, I live in the small town and closest guy who is doing this lives more then 350 km from me. I send him bitcoins and instead of cash he send me money on my bank card, that is much better then to travel all day. But until now I never cash out more then 1 btc, and I didn`t feel that I need to go to meet with him, with large sum of bitcoins I would consider going to meet him personally but for this I just talk with him via telephones and make all necessary arrangements.

I guess localbitcoin is really the answer for you.
A lot have also answered it. You just need an account from a bank or you could use Western Union or different money transfer company.
Haven't tried this way but when I viewed it, it is really cool. One thing is better with their service. You could pick the selling price of the one you want.

The process of exchanging bitcoins with ATMs is not very common.

In general people are using the following methods to convert bitcoin into cash money.

* Trading sites
* Localbitcoins
* Marketplace at Bitcointalk forum

Actually there are bitcoin atm machines that lets you do some withdrawals in the form of cash. But it depends on your location since as of this time there are only selected areas around the globe that has a bitcoin atm machine. Here in the Philippines we have one bitcoin atm machine but it is very far from my hometown. But if we talk of shops I dont have any idea if there are shops that buys your bitcoin and gives you cash.

you will have to convert bitcoins into one of the fiat currencies first (unless you have bitcoin ATM  near you,which I highly doubt)
the best place would be one of the local exchanges,preferably the one that doesn't require your ID
this should give you the best rate possible,but if you don't mind losing some
you can try one of the certified bitcoin exchangers,here is a good list of them https://www.bestchange.com/
pick bitcoin and the currency you would like to convert them into and pick one of the partner exchangers
of course,use your own judgement -do not fall victim to a scam

there are many ways to transfer Bitcoins for cash. And the most common way is the most simple and direct transaction with someone, you just need to find your partner and see you at any one place, but it is not favorable. I think you should change the Bitcoin by banks, which is quickly and efficiently as though you do not like. There are also a number of websites to help you Bitcoin converted into cash and transferred directly into your bank account, this way really fast and efficient, but you need to find a reputable site. I think that's the best way

Well I haven't seen any Bitcoin ATM capable of withdrawal but if there's any it might not be common but then look up to the local exchanges  with cash withdrawal option.
