Dash has been an impressive rise in the price and market capitalization, nearly tripling its value this year alone. After a major upgrade to 12.1 Sentinel architecture, Dash at number two behind Bitcoin.

yeah mate its really hard if making some moves might possible became a fomo and the price seems moving so nice very tempting but yet something is holding me to buy just can't really assess much if Dash went up to 100$ wow maybe people will really look and start investing then, just keep looking and trying to find more information about this project before placing some buy order.

but i doubt that $100 can happen anytime soon eve if at all..

Yep, it just did :-) reading this thread was indeed very entertaining. I don't understand why many Bitcointalk members have such a negative view on Dash. It's better than Bitcoin in every conceivable way. The only difference currently is that Bitcoin is easier to buy with fiat currency. Once that changes expect to see Dash #1 on coinmarketcap. There are many alt currencies which have improved on Bitcoin but as I said Bitcoin does so well because you need Bitcoin to purchase altcoins for the most part.

I'm just glad that people like Evan saw how the climate was changing quicker than most as otherwise crypto currencies wouldn't work if we had Bitcoin alone due to a myriad of issues. I'd also like to point out I'm typing this having been a Bitcoin maximalist myself. All alt-coin investors were once Bitcoin maximalists first. Bitcoin once had over 99% of the market in terms of market capitalization.

If it was $40 right on March the 1st and now half of the month is being over it is very impressive for an alt coin to accomplish this.
Since it is $100 as of this writing and rising very quickly.
ETH is even at $25 right now while BTC hasn't had much movement since the ETF ruling was thrown out.
So what is driving these two to go on ahead without it?

Why would Monero jump to 0.1 btc when the price of Dash is moving ahead.I understand that all the anon coins are having big movements and i do expect that a small majority is pumping these coins in the market who have invested a lot of money in it ,other than that i cannot understand what the current surge is and how it came to effect.
