With bitcoin everything has got recorded in the history. Bitcoin as an innovation has made history with its multiple usage in various forms. Then with the increased price than any other currency made history. Now it's on the overcoming of gold price. Soon we'll have a great history based upon the ETF.

Finally bitcoin making a history, but I don't know whether it will be stable at that price or it is going to fall down again, but I still happy to see bitcoin's price is as good as gold's price, hopefully with this good news it will bring more investor to invest in bitcoin and more shop will be interested to adopt bitcoin

We all also hope like that, could the Bitcoin is level with gold, in terms as investments like gold.
So that all people can trust that this Bitcoin is a real business or a great investment.

Yeah, no doubt. But bitcoin still have a lot of the problem on his technical network such as the scaling problem on bitcoin. and i think if it will get resolved and the bitcoin will continue to grow in the future.

yes indeed bitcoin has making new history with passed through gold price but the big questions is would the price survive at those range because for me it would be useless after the price passed through gold but for next days the price dropped again

Also, we have established a new ATH and with some luck we won't have a large correction.

Most people buy gold, because they want to diversify and as a safe haven/ for security. Basically keeping their wealth. Bitcoin is a more riskier thing and it is more of an investment.
So they are different. Both have in common, that they are not to easy to buy, but for the average person it will be even harder to get Bitcoin. This could change a bit with the ETF, but you are not holding Bitcoin buying the ETF. But some people also don't buy gold directly, so we will see i guess.

Yes, they should be buy bitcoin and ride this rally but I don't think gold holders will sell their gold in order to buy bitcoin. I agree that diversify is a good way to divide our wealth, not only gold but buy a Land for your future investment.

The people who are interested in technology might very well user bitcoin but not everyone will be interested in having a digital asset and so is the reason they are not selling their gold bullions for bitcoin and you must not sell anything to buy any asset which you are not sure.People who are interested in it are having a good profit and the price is soaring to new boundaries and breaking more records.

Yes now bitcoin is more valuable than gold, it is hard to believe but it has happened. I am among those who say gold is better than bitcoin, but now the reality has proven that bitcoin is better than gold. I think with more valuable the bitcoin now, it will make more people start using bitcoin (even those who previously use gold now moved to bitcoin), so a rise in bitcoin will continue to happen very long. It looks like $ 2,000 / bitcoin will really happen this year.

I think it's just the beginning, because after few years when price will reach $10000 or more it will not matter whether we bought at $1200 or $2000 at that time. Bitcoin already proved itself and we are all enjoying the current rally. I'm very excited and curious to know what will happen after 2-3 years

We'll wait there will be surprises in this March 11, the announcement of the SEC in the US,
whether the ETF application is accepted or rejected, if accepted means Bitcoin can enter exchange
officially in US. If the entered stock in US, that mean trading volume would soaring could be 100x from now. We must see and wait.

History has already been created when the price of Bitcoins passed away Gold behind. I have been watching TV all day long here in India, and most news channels are just admiring the merits of Bitcoins by saying that how a small thing became a way of monetary medium for people to transact money at the lowest fee.

If ETF is approved then Bitcoin go up more than double value. If not approved then maybe a small retrace and then we still go up.

glad to see that bitcoin is more expensive than gold and yes its a new history for bitcoiner user but i think we still need more time to make sure the price is more high than gold. the journey is not end and i think its only a new beginning for bitcoin itself and we will be in high price later.

While this is great for publicity, in reality it's an arbitrary figure because the actual market cap of Bitcoin is several times lower than that of gold. 

What needs to happen is that Bitcoin needs to be viewed as a legitimate and stable asset, if people's aim is for it to achieve the same legitimacy as gold.  Rapid fluctuations in price which temporarily rise over gold are not the way to do this and the most wealthy investors will also probably not think so.

In my view Bitcoin needs to remain a grassroots currency for use from ordinary peopleand not be solely hoarded because it has great opportunity as what it actually is, not just as something which rises in value.

From Febrarury first week onwards bitcoin value is started spiking after christmas spike and still it get increase continuously. We are better than any stock in the world now. Many adoption for blockchain technology nowdays and many companies are started implementing crypto programming to make more security to their businesses.
