can you please check your passphrase and if you are putting the right passphrase on 2 different wallets then you did something wrong
if you download new wallet and import you wallets file in new one then again place the old wallet and then check your wallet passphrase by send some amount in the exchange if did not help then its your passphrase mistake
you enter your passphrase wrong

well dbix team is in contact with bittrex and trying to add dbix on bittrex
but bittrex rules of listing a coin on their exchange are changed and more strict
dbix need more volume and more cap> dbix should have more then 700BTC minimum
but prefer more then 1000BTC 24 hrs volume  and its should not pump dump situation
and also its future developments plans for listing dbix on bittrex
dbix need more improvements and developments
and then this coin will be on every major crypto exchange like ETH

dbix team is progressing but very slow seems like dbix slowlly wins the race
its is still surviving because this project have potential and in near future dbix will become mostly known and good digital currency
dbix network state is good and after 90000 block number what will happen let's see
i hope network state will much better then the current state and attract more miners
