I too received double bounty for signature and have returned back to the team,they are still working out on signature bounty payments but think that by this month they will send out all the bounties.

they've been distributing it weeks and weeks ago. you haven't heard of DECENT yet do you? they did the ICO last year JUNE of 2016 i believe and until now they never distribute a thing nor tokens of real investors.  and every tweets i got from them is that they are hiring another developer.
