they've already calculated everything, they even distributed 20% of the bounties and so they know they still have the 80% of thew bounties of each participants. its just that they won't distribute it until there is an update. so they are gradually distributing the bounties per updated of the platform. what you need to try to demand from them is a better exchange.

maybe your account setting have alternative email, if yes try delet another email from there

I think the issue is not only for distribution but also when we receive  the email to know where we will send our eth address to claim our bounty.
