I am not sure but I think if you can't see claim bounty button on the bounty page that means you are banned from that bounty.

You can mail them support@edgeless.io or contact them on slack to get your issue fixed.

they already said they would sent pms to those account to get the eth address of each sociL media accounts. thats kinda tiring job but they said so and if they tend to be hardworker, its going to take time. now thats an idea for the team to delay payment rigt?

I would appreciate a response from the team edgeless they work hard and especially for the calculation of bounty facebook though looks a long term for the division I think it really should be careful because in every social media tally here many participating.. okay thank you to the team edgeless that has response and latest news, I hope your future could be much better.... As long as they make a timely update there is nothing to worry as you can receive your precious bounty, of course it is very important for them to make sure that only those people who really are deserving are entitled to receive. With lots of cheaters nowadays it will less the earnings of those who make an honest support of this project.

That is a known issue.  I think that happens to almost everyone.  I ended up doing it twice and both times it said success.  I'm pretty sure it went through so I will just wait to see if there are any issues or not and will contact the team if there are.

try clear cache your brower and click claim again
After thats claim button change to claimed with green text
After that try clear cache and login again after one day if still claimed with green text i think thats success

Did check it recently it seems this issue has sorted out and now there is no problem to make claim and it showing it has been claimed.

Do you mean that you now already have the EDG in your ETH wallet?
I have tried it yesterday to, I clicked claim and success without having to input our eth address. Which is why the team already clear things like they would send pm to those accounts to get the eth wallet of each participants.  Have they sent pm to your social media accounts?

the update from dev is that they will send messages to the social media accounts - so nothing of the bounties have been distributed yet. not even signature bounty where they already sent PM to the participants asking ETH address.

participants about right way for claiming the rewards!
And I'm just join that list as well. Still wondering why there isn't any clear guideline for get notice about sucessfull claimed?
Few days back I was claimed
my Twitter contribution
reward, and the instant feedback was 'success'!
But after reading latest up-date article on bounty posted by the teams return back
the website. And claimed
once again, now the
feedback showing is 'claimed'
So would love to know_
which of them is the correct way
for claiming social
media bounty?
I think the answer will not only help me, but all the others want to be sure about successfull social media bounty claims!
