Roger Ver Bets Against SegWit Bitcoin Upgrade at Anarchapulco
The beach-side city of Acapulco recently played host a bitcoin scaling debate, which saw personally-charged moments amidst the discussion. These days, whenever there is a bitcoin conference, there will inevitably be a scaling debate. Cryptopulco, the cryptocurrency-themed gathering located at the Mundo Imperial conference center in Acapulco, Mexico and hosted on the fourth day of the anarcho-capitalistic themed Anarchapulco conference, was no exception.

You only have to look at the code to see segwit is superior.
it basicly creates a fast lane and a slow lane.
The fast line is handy for smal transaction , but a channel could colapse in theory resulting in a situation.
before the coins were spend.
because remember only when settled on the blockchain transactions are final!
This naturally limits the amount you want to have in a channel Smiley
so you get slower transactions for big amounts and fast transactions+lower fee for small amounts!
IMO best of both worlds!

Lately this issue has created a lot of "fights"

These days, whenever there is a bitcoin conference, there will inevitably be a scaling debate.

I have already seen that this subject will not end so soon and the fights will not end too soon

No one beside people getting paid by him support his ideology. Let him put his wealth to waste by keeping up the spam attack against the network, and financing people to host nodes to artificially bump up the BU node count. It's ridiculous that some one who was highly appreciated at the very beginning, is now the perfect example of a rampage troll that is doing everything to make Bitcoin as it is look bad.
