There are so many things you can check for when you are looking at the legitimacy of a website. Even if its all in order and legitimate things can still go wrong. No matter what facts are in place there is always something thst can always happen and that is if the casino runs or simply just doesn't payout on large wins. I actually have no idea what can be done about this. Some sort of insurance put in place of some sort like with fiat casinos.

Common sense is all you need when you want to play in gambling website first thing is you will see the advertisement of that gambling here in forum...

Betcoin.ag was not allowed to advertise their scam here in forum.

Signature campaign advertisement means absolutely nothing as you can see with betcoin.ag! 1xBit also had a heavy signature campaign here until they withdrew recently.

In funding your wallet in a gambling site, it can't actually called investing. It can be considered as investment if you lut your momey at the house edges of that gambling site. Regarding the legitness of a certain gambling site, it is easy to ascertain if a gambling site is legit or not. Through reading reviews and forums, you can identify if a gambling site is legit or not.

Before you bet in a gambling site you always check the reviews of that site, be sure that its not a scam. Some gambling site offer / pay people to write good reviews even though its a scam. That may be true, but if I look at the growth and also the desire or research of any gambler or gambling, they did do an analysis of every site they know comes from existing players (online), how much funding they got (the site), and how many negative comments that users provide. so that's some of the stuff I get from those who have long used the online gambling sites

Gamble a small amount of your money and if they are not accepting any withdrawals, then it is a scam, but if they are accepting withdrawals, then they are legit, just simple as that, and you can easily know that it is just a scam because of their Users Interface.

That is why I am telling just don't trust any suggestion blindly before doing anything on that site once you get real experience with investing very less amount then only you will get to know the 100% performance of the site. I agree, because some people thought that having their own gambling site is a very profitable business to have these days. So they try to create their own gambling site and promote it to some forums with some giveaways or bonuses. Reading some reviews about the site will really help you to play in that site. You can't in generally decide if a site is legit or scam unless someone invests in it. But yeah there are still some sites which advertise in the forum and they have scammed many of it's users by not sending their winnings.
The best way to be safe is invest mostly in a site which sends payment instantly to you that is the only way or check how old the site is or their reviews.

I think investment in a site and depositing on a site to gamble with the money are two different things. I agree with what you've said about how to pick up a site where to gamble but what generally called investment is when you are not gambling but when you are investing to have a share of their profits.

Yeah i mean.what i meant by investing is gambling something on the site and withdrawing and if they pay you then it is mostly legit. You can trust bitcointalk a bit but i normally look for reviews at other site because most of them have signature campaigns so it can be misleading.

you're probably right. we will not know the site is a scam or not until someone invest, or to the purpose of the site are met. yeah, but sometimes very difficult to distinguish sites that scam or not, but most sites are scam comes in the new site.

Not always if you see around their are still some sites who are pretty old and still running but have scammed many of it's users in past or still scamming some of the users.
