We told we are processing the requests manually.. So We cant process thousands of requests per day manually.

Not that I have any problems with that but can you still keep the proof page up-to-date? |

I just want to point out that Epay isn't safe anymore as long as they aren't paying their members.
It might be a good idea to start using a different payment system.

We tried to contact them by mail but got no reply from them, Don't worry about your BTC, We are arranging from other source and again we need to migrate to other payment methods.
Which one is better? faucethub or Xapo?

Epay isn't something you can trust anymore. There are multiple (actually a lot) of people which aren't getting their payments anymore. Which one is better? faucethub or Xapo? My personal interest, and my advice as well, is Faucethub. Just because I see a lot of people which are happy with the service they are offering.
