If you just need followers than you can search for sites which give you free credit to follow others and in return you can use those credits to get back followers.
But if you need crypto related followers than try to tweet crypto related updates/news everyday with suitable hash tags, and also follow few well known crypto related twitter accounts. I am quite sure you will get good number of followers slowly which will be also more active than what you may get by just following back.
