If I support the Bitcoin Core 0.14 node in pruning mode.... with parameter 50000 mb....Is this a full support for Bitcoin Core network (check new transactions etc)?

Transactions yes, but in prune mode the 'network' flag will be disabled meaning you won't be advertising that other nodes can download older block information from you to sync up.

How can I check the quality of the my bitcoin core node? Is it enough that the port 8333 is open?

If you have not touched any of the command line options, then you are running a full node. If you have port 8333 open, that's even better as you will be accepting incoming connections.

You wont get higher than 8 connections usually if you do not have the ports open.

Yes. Blockchain.info's list of node's is not definitive. It is simply a list of nodes that their own node(s) have connections to.
