Hey, I'm selling my ASIC Avalon Batch 3 Pre-order. Official shipping time is May 5st, 2013, only one week after the auction finish!

I only accept bitcoin, no cash.

It has 3 Mods (63Gh/s) and without PSU for quicker delivery.
It uses standard PSU 600w+, you can find it for less than 100€. For 1BTC extra I can buy the PSU for you, so you don't need to care about it.

Its order number 92XX paid 2013/03/27 and is being shipped to Albacete, Spain.

- If Avalon fails to deliver by 2013/09/15 (3 month and a half after original shipping date, escrow will release the bitcoins to me, since i wil not cover if avalon fails to deliver. Of course if Avalon ships i will also ship to you, even if i received the bitcoins from escrow. Right now Avalon is the best ASIC seller, 100% professional, so you don't need to worry. I just wanted to make it all clear.
- For support, any problem with the device, etc, you will contact directly with Avalon.
So, it will be just like you made the pre-order.

And here I thought escrow was for protecting the consumer from losing their money.

That's a super shady condition on the auction, but unlikely to happen with Avalon (I think).

How will you do escrow?  The first post says "of your choice", but you don't specify much more than that.  With the amount of money that Avalons are going for, it needs to be a trusted source.

The only fair way to do this is to return the bitcoins in the event Avalon is super delayed or doesn't ship at all.  Any other way is a scam.  OP, you need to change that term.

I'm not trying to scam, i can provide really good reputation in ebay forum, plus my real ID to the winner.

This is like you're buying full pre-order directly from Avalon, I will be just pick up the ASIC and send to you, like post office. It makes no sense to me to refund if avalon fails, since they will not refund to me neither (if they refund my money, you will get you're money back from escrow). If you want we can increase the escrow delivery time to 5 months, i have no problem with that.

Escrow protects you from losing the money if I scam to you, but not from Avalon because you're buying full pre-order.

Just wanted to be fair, but since I believe 100% on Avalon I have no problem deleting the conditions if you really hate that.
