Difficulty retarget is not working at all.
Impact will be re-launched with new genesys block.
Stop minning Impact . Your coins will not be accepted by the new chain. (after relaunch)

Because the windows wallet does not let you mine. I mined with my 980 and ccminer. The instructions were provided in this thread by the dev. People regularly solo mine with graphics cards |

Re-launch report
It looks chain is moving fine. Difficulty retarget works now. But it took around 16 000 blocks to kick in. (more than 50% of pow phase)
I will create new genesis block and setup high diff. from start. (for fair mining)
Re-launch will be tomorow evening. Something like 30 hours from now.
!!!Stop mining now. Your coins will not be accepted by the new chain!!!
