Well Order books on digital currency exchange Bitfinex show a rise in the amount of sell orders closer to that level, This apparent resistance comes after the digital currency’s price set a fresh all-time high for the first time since late 2013, well if this continues we might fail in reaching that mark, While some analysts have given the proposed fund low odds of approval and at least one prediction market rates it at roughly a 50/50 chance

maybe it will take a 4 weeks before we hit that price again. not bad so when the price of bitcoin dump again invest all you can and wait till bitcoin reach / surpass that price . seems fun right ? ive been in bitcoin industry since 2014? ithink it was almost under $500 ithink so bitcoin is really growing up that much.

Probably need more weeks to reach $1300, not much of good events to push the price of Bitcoin, in fact it is down a bit today than the other day.  It is kinda moving sideway for now, probably some consolidation and accumulation before pushing Bitcoin to its new ATH.  It is just started so I guess will take more than a month to set the Bulls into steroid again.

Bitcoin right now is in a limbo state, a fork does not seem like it is going to happen anytime soon, but we cannot get any of the solutions to the scaling problem approved for lack of consensus, so it seems we are trapped and we are unable to make any move forward at the moment.

Yes, bitcoin prices were heavily struggling to break $1240 levels as it was remaining as very big psychological resistance levels. Traders themselves assume about big prices near $1300 as targets to book profits which is always pushing down prices for no reasons. Some experts do call this as "usual fluctuations" because in all the rally same types of traders will not be there to make price to go back.

Problem is that people completely ignore all kinds of scenarios, and think that the price will go up in one straight line. It's pure ignorance. Markets depend on supply and demand, and the uncertainties around the potential hard fork are heavily influencing the demand, and will continue doing so until there is a viable scaling solution. I can't see the price hit $1300 this or next month. Let's just enjoy having the price remain holding its position around current levels. That's quite an achievement already with current circumstances.

Panic is going through traders at Bitfinex as they are converting their fiat to BTC to withdraw them, which directly explains the price that has gone up there. In that regard, I wouldn't be surprised to see this result in the price to reach $1300, but it won't have much value since it's not happening naturally. It's pure fear that drives the price at Bitfinex - fear that Bitfinex is turning into another MtGox as the similarities are definitely there.

I think that it will definitely be soon. I just checked the price on preev and it was sitting at around $1250. Maybe in the next month or so.

Agree. Reaching $1300 in that regards makesmy alarm bells ring!!
People have to keep an eye on finex to figure out what's going on there.
This is no attempt of FUD as I am extremely bullish for BTC in general. But this actual situation at finex should make us act very cautious.
