I think you need time and be always active once you run a signature campaign and become a campaign manager also i think there's no way how to become campaign manager just asked people here in forum that have a good project and wants to create signature campaign and that you can apply to hanlde her incoming sig. Campaign

You're on the right track since bitcointalk meta covers all things about the forum which includes signature campaigns.

So how does one become a campaign manager? And importantly, how does one runs a signature campaign?

1. You must have your own client for the campaign that will trust you as a manager.
2. Knowing what is spam and not spam post.
3. Have knowledge in using docs/spreadsheet (for campaign report).
4. Have astounding qualities like being patient (in reading participants post), punctual (giving out reports to your client and to the participant on time) and having good judgment (prior in certain cases).

Please if any campaign managers could answer, that would be great.

Well, I haven't run any campaign so all of the answers above are pure observations.

You definitely need to have a lot of time. All it matters is that the signature campaign operators trust you to do a good job.

Participating on signature campaign and managing campaign are different story if you bother tho. You can't easily adapt what was the campaign manager usually do by just observing because there are so many different matters are discuss on private. Let's just wait a feedback from a campaign manager here just PM any of them. If we are lucky we can read some guide and tips here from PRO

Marketing ourselves  is the key for us to become a sig campaign managers here and also anyone can surely do that if they have will and guts to run and state theirselves on what we can do to handle their sig campaign nicely, But you should think also that becoming a sig campaign manager is not an easy job since there are certain scenario that they picked their own pocket to pay their participants since the owner of the sig where they advertise turn scam and run away without giving the benifits of his workers.

So how does one become a campaign manager?

When you got hired by a company that wants to promote their site with signature campaign. And sees that you've got exceptional managing skill and you are the most qualified person on it.

And importantly, how does one runs a signature campaign?

Getting the most qualified participants, checking daily posting of each participant if possible and making a spreadsheet for it.

I am not a signature campaign manager but I have an idea after working with a number of managers. I think that person can become a signature campaign manager who is more active on this forum and who have more knowledge about this forum and maintaining the rules of forum and the campaign. So people will know you as a famous and better person for running their signature campaign.

There is absolutely no criteria to be a signature campaign manager.If someone wants you to manage his campaign, you are good to start as signature manager.
There are many signature campaigners who run there own campaign.
Although one is expected to have good understanding of how to count posts,calculate payment according to post,update spreadsheet.
Having a good reputation is an additional bonus.

Trust and experience is really key being a manager. Though what I hate about this kinds of requirement for a job is that only trusted and experienced people can join. No chance for new players. I see this in the real work too often. Jobs require 2 years experience. Every single one of them. So how does someone get experience when the main requirement is experience itself.

Since you obviously don't know the answer even by any idea then no sense to asked that. No offense but it's obvious and thinkable how to become one of the campaign managers. There are lots of ways even you don't need to seek some guide from the campaign managers.

Experience? Nah how about the new managers? Does they have already experienced to manage campaigns since they are new?

Trust? It's an obvious thing but there are collaboration between new manager and a company so how will trust be applied to that?

The answer is, explore. LOL.

I think being a manager and running a campaign is easy. It's not a job that requires a lot of knowledge or experience.
If you want to became a manager the only thing you need is a company that will trust you enough to give you the job. Asking around might be a good idea, because if the company decides for themselves to advertise on bitcointalk they will give the job to one of the working manages. If you want it you have to approach them first.

I think you can be a campaign manager if you are offering it on service section.. and i think start a free like other people who started it for the first time if you running a good campaign as you are the manager just hope that more project will come until you add for a donation or a fee as campaign manager..
Or if you are find any company or website owner that needs more impressions in this forum just offer your self. just like you are applying as a worker if they accept you can start as campaign manager..

To become campaign manager the most important you should have a good trust, because it is impossible someone will trust you to manage the signature campaign if you do not have good trust. In addition you must be able to manage and run a signature campaign in full. If I look to run a signature campaign was not too hard and not too easy. The most important thing is always active and have more time to run a signature campaign and confirm the payment amount. Maybe to me like that, I can not explain in more detail because I have not been a campaign manager

I will say trust is the most important things if you want to be campaign manager, if you have the green trust it will be easier for people to believe you, the manager's job is not as easy it sound, you need to check your member everyday post and then settle the problem regarding to your campaign
