My thoughts about that is that those people don't really make that bitcoin as their source of income. They store it just a savings. They know that BTC has the potential to get bigger as what happening today. Some people were just encourage to that to wait for the right time in which BTC will be bigger. Wait for their investments which is the BTC they stored in their wallet to be multiplied in several times the value it was bought. If you just believe on a coin like bitcoin, that it will reach to something more you believe, you will just wait for more times before withdrawing it.

Sometimes when you always check your bitcoin you are always tempted to use it or withdraw it because of the increase in the market cap and you'll always think that should you use it or wait for it to increase more. Yes we can gain a bigger profit when we hold our bitcoin for a long time like example if saved bitcoin last march then hold it up to now. Last time I check bitcoin hits 11,000 US Dollar. I think no one expects that. That only means the big profit for those who start holding that time.

You can save your money in bitcoin for future.I had brought a Bitcoin when the price was 2500$ and I had sell when the price reach 6000$ by seeing the double value and need of money. But now the price of bitcoin is 11000$,if I had hold it till now means.I would became a millionaire or billionaire.
