What advantage does FeatherCoin have over any of the other cryptocoins?
You can still mine it with a regular computer using the cpu or gpu.
I would emphasize the "fun" part because there is no certainty about the future value of feathercoins.
It's a good chance to find out about mining and get a few coins.
LiteCoins, by comparison, are getting pretty hard to mine now. I have a fast gpu, an AMD 7970, and I can only mine about 2 ltc in 24 hours and it cost me $10 in electricity (we have some of the most expensive el in the world).
