This is my Ripple receive address. I'm a little lost here, I have no XRP and trying to figure out how to get some.
Registered on RD, but it says I have 5 minutes to send XRP...but I can't figure out how to get the XRP to send.
I'm sure I'll figure it out soon, if this post is useless please disregard.

You have to have XRP already to take part in this beta - try the buy/sell forum if you want to buy some ripples for your account (keep in mind your first deposit into ripple must be 300 XRP or more) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

[my question was answered - but I wanted to leave this up for any one else with the same question]
I have ripple wallet, with XRP - I added the DividendRippler.com contact correctly - I only have the option of "trusting" DividendRippler.com for BTC (which I have done)-- But I see no option to trust LTC or TRC.
Answer: to type in LTE and TRC - it doesn't matter if they are not in the drop-down menu
***
I Registered and sent 1XRP to Dividend Rippler.com -
Ripple address is: r3z24N1mAS7EQBeswjHUr6T7rNiNUbqu8e
sent! You'll need to say LTC (not LTE) or the tx will go to error for insufficient trust BTC: 0.022 (3fdbd35bfc) LTC: 0.42 (0162be7fe5 ) TRC: 3.386 (525b27c56e)

error - I don't see any Issue addresses. Doesn't appear you sent the 1 XRP from sending address. Sorry, I didn't understand. Now I did send the 1XRP, do I get a second chance? Of course. Coins sent. You don't have BTC/LTC/TRC addresses set up yet. You will need to to set those addresses and send another XRP. OR you could try to send the coins to bitstamp, and withdraw from there. If you go this route, please let me know how it goes. BTC: 0.018 (99ec826287) LTC: 0.804 (4db01663f2 ) TRC: 2.035 (a30ccc706e)

Sent! Same thing. You'll need to set up redeem addresses, or try to withdraw via bitstamp. We have some markets out there in DR, should be pretty liquid. BTC: 0.02 (98f7208d92) LTC: 0.835 (06c92dfc7b ) TRC: 1.424 (636090f618)

Hi TTbit!
I also want to try the gateway: rBhS13DTq3SdA7kqoVKJPa1iYXez1rtTie Thanks in advance!
Bye
Thanks for trying it out. Coins sent BTC: 0.031 (19036d527d) LTC: 0.037 (704ff9b4bc ) TRC: 3.192 (0902ccee0b) Thanks, I received it! Can I now adjust the trust lines back to zero or will this cause any problems? Yes. This is one area that I would like to explore with DR. DR makes a small amount by having the IOUs trade. But there is currently no incentive for anyone to hold them beyond immediate trading. I'd like to pay the holders of DR ious from the trading revenue. It would make our IOUs superior to all others. But that is phase 2

I hope the final release is a little more simplified and doesn't require people to have XRP in advance. If so, the whole Ripple idea will be confined to a small community of members. From what I see so far, it's all way too complicated for the average person. People don't trust what they don't understand (or at least have the perception of understanding). Thanks for the info!

Redeemed my coins yesterday and everything went well. Thank you! The only thing lacking in the whole experience was any kind of meaningful description of what the service is for, on the homepage. I know it might be obvious to the people in the know but as a Ripple noob I felt in the dark about how DividendRippler.com might ever be of practical use to me. So I thought it could have done with a description of what the service is beneficial for - some kind of promo text explaining how it works hand-in-hand with Ripple. Just thoughts

Just thoughts Thanks for the input. We have a link to the OP for our announcement of DR, but agree it is not enough. We have adocument ready to go for a "how to use" page, but quite frankly, it sucks, too long and complex. One point of this giveaway was to see how users figure things out and if we can agree on language describing getting coins into and out of ripple using DR.

Now I have set up the adresses, and granted enough trust. Will the transactions complete by themselves? Not really easy to use, both Ripple and DividendRipple... thanks for letting me try and understand nevertheless!
