I don't know how to use it. Plz tell me more An escrow is a middle man. there are some very trusted users around the forum that would act as middle man for these type of transactions. usually for a fee. YOu can find a few of these trusted users offering there services in service section. |

Yes, what he said was true, so if you use the escrow may be better and safer for you to buy or sell Bitcoin altcoin or whatever it was, so that no one harmed or harm one another for it. all are confirmed with escrow necessarily safe. |

Always read, read, and read first before you ask something on here, or people will think you are just spamming. OP has said the reason why he doesn't want buy on market/exchange sites. (He want to buy ETH below than market value)
