Selling accounts is fine, but I'd be careful with any site selling them.  It could easily be a scam.

who cares if it's a scam or not ...if it's legit it's even worse imo ....makes me feel that the antispam protection has totally failed if 3$ can buy a working account .... MODS you looking ...??

$3 is still enough barrier for someone who just wants to blatantly spam.

some people have the quick need to get an account maybe to quickly join discussion in important matters not revealing their actual established forum identity
