What evidence do you want?

You refused to send first, saying you had more time on the forums. When I prodded you for references, you said you just completed a trade with ActiveMember on Freenode.

He just so happened to be on Freenode/Litecoin the moment you said that, so I pinged him. He advised me that you still owed him 18.75 LTC for a trade. I questioned you about this via IRC PM, and he immediately told me that you failed to send said second payment.

When I PMed you about this, you started backing up, excusing your behavior, saying that he was a namesquatter. This makes no sense, as you gave me the proper IRC name, and I verified the transaction with ActiveMember.

I can easily post all of this to this page as proof. Or would you prefer something else?

There is no proof that I received any coins to my authenticated address associated to me, via here or IRC. I did not tell you my name on IRC and thus you assume that the one he was scammed with is automatically mine.

There is doubt, that means no one should ever trust you with the money, so you should always send first.

Not a problem. I will send first in any of my future dealings to prevent harsh accusations based on no proof. Regardless, we're all lucky enough to have automated exchanges that make such a document now inferior, although it was quite a nice addition before these automated exchanges.
