I converted some bitcoin from my wallet at coinreform for monero but it never reached my monero wallet.  The transaction completed as far as I know but the funds are nowhere to be found.  The ammount is .6BTC
Can it be traced?  The .8BCT on the same page was also mine and it made it safely to my wallet.  Just be patient?

I was reading that when transactions are confirmed, and the money doesn't reach the destination wallet, the wallet provider must fix it?  Will the lost money eventually just return to the original wallet in due time, or does that only happen with unconfirmed transactions?

Each coin has its own blockchain. Here you can track if the money you've sent away has reached the destination. The address you posted is the target (coinreform?) wallet, right?
I see that a 0.6 and a 0.8 BTC transaction are both confirmed, meaning that unless somebody sends you back that money you will not get it back. The money is in the target wallet.

About the Monero part, you should ask in the Monero threads. Maybe your Monero wallet is not synced and doesn't show the transaction yet, maybe something went wrong, I don't know.
Ask the Monero guys, they should know more than me and could help. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

Coinreform has received the bitcoins that you sent to them.

This means there is one of two possible problems.

Possible problem 1:  Coinreform has failed to send you the Monero.  You'll have to contact CoinReform and ask them to send the Monero to you.  If this is your problem, then the only people that can help you are the people at CoinReformhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1467764.0

Possible problem 2:  CoinReform has sent you the Monero, but your Monero wallet is not working properly and isn't aware of the transaction.  In this case, you'll need to ask for help in the altcoin sub-forums.

Thanks for your help.  I've contacted Coinreform support and mymonero wallet support.  Coinreform responded and doesn't seem to acknowledge that anything unusual occurred.  I'll give both more time to respond.  Being a newcomer to cryptos, this doesn't feel too good.  Unconfirmed is one thing, but confirmed and poof gone, nice....

This is sad.You should probably read a page or two before actually trying out transactions. Please keep us updated with the responses from the service. If they're ignoring your support requests, with all the proofs don't hesitate to
open a scam accusation against them here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Coinreform Apologized and refunded me with a tip!  There were actually 2 transactions that were in dispute and both are now safely in my wallet.  My faith has been restored, thanks for your help guys!

Congratulation on this than, also next time try to use quite well known quick exchanges like shapeshift.io
Also you can lock this thread as you already got your problem solved.  Wink
