Since the UIGEA was signed, citizens of the US have been running out of legitimate options for playing casino games, poker or betting sports online. When I was with PartyPoker before the takeover, we knew we had US players using our site and really there was not much we could do apart from blocking IP access, but with a VPN that was really useless.Even so,  I would not go to the US nor would other board members in case we were arrested by the DOJ, things have changed now they even have a registered office in NJ.
The whole scenario can be difficult and sometimes legal advice from lawyers and the DOJ don't seem to be on the same page

Our developers have a few know-how solutions on decreasing transaction fees and one of them we can share with you at the moment will allow us to significantly reduce the fee by 70 000 Gas thanks to transition of game history outside the blockchain. This mechanism will not affect the very game process which is still carried out on Ethereum blockchain, but will make the game more accessible for all the players.
