What happened::
Heat Ledger is a scam, they have lied several times about pretty much everything, the product they released is totally broken.
They postponed the releasedate many times. They only released a totally broken coin because they had a contract with ccex and alcurex that had a deadline. They released it so they would get more money. They released complete garbage. They kept none of the promises stated in the ICO.
They call each other "geniuses"! Literally!
Their whitepapaer is pure marketing garbage.
They said they would make a buy wall when the coins start but they didn't. They lied so many times I can not recall all of them. There are just too many.
Their own asset exchange list many coins which you will never be able to withdraw.
The heatledger owners are not paying out btc on their exchange.
The wallet is closed source.
They keep funds (HEAT coins) that belong to the investors.
They made several contradicting statements and are in the end choosing the ones that fits their purpose best.
For example it was not mentioned in the ICO that they reserve themselves a million heat coins, but they mentioned it somewhere else and say now that they mentioned it.
They pretend to be completely incompetent, but they do that in order to pretend that this is not a scam. But in reality it is a scam. They raised around 600-800k USD and opened their company (Heat Ledger LTD, a finish company) and are paying themselves now huge wages until the company is out of money. They provide no expense sheets or whatsoever. Any documents you would think a company would make public they do not do that. They said they would provide an expense sheet but that was about half a year ago and nothing happend. The coin does not work at all and they are not hiring anybody to develope it further. They have one developer (Dennis de Klerk). He is totally incompetent and doesn't do anything. They don't release the source code because it would show that they have no clue what they are doing. Instead they hired a cryptoblogger so they say. They do that in order to lure new investors in their next IPO funding round by doing some marketing. STAY AWAY FROM IT! These two are professional scammers! You will lose your money!

Svante Letinen and Dennis de Klerk are scammers! Here are their profiles.

Amount Scammed:
Me personally it is now 0.17BTC which they are not paying me out.
In total they scammed about 600k USD from all the investors in their ICO.

Payment Method:
BTC, ETH....

Proof of Payment:
It is in the ICO and on their blockchain. I would need to search for the addresses of the ICO for bitcoin, eth and others but they are publicly known.

PM/Chat Logs:

Here is where he says he will not make the payout:
Hi Stewpot. Oh did you? It will take us a few days to dig it out for you. For technical reasons it might actually take a couple of weeks. Your account has some special issues connected. If you will, you may not rest assured it will be processed.

Cheers!

Listen you son of a bitch where is my btc? I withdrew about 0.17 btc a day ago or something. Where is it?

Here he suddenly says now that I didn't withdraw the btc, this is a lie, I did withdraw it. He posts some picture of the exchange as "proof". If their shity coin just ate my btc or if he is lying and manipulated anything, I can not say but as nothing is opensource and nobody can really look into any of this, both is possible as he was caught lying multiple times and it is known that really nothing works with their coin.

Excuse my language in these posts but I am furious this guy scammed me.

There are many more lies on the bct thread but these mentioned are about my personal money.

Additional Notes:
They are the devs of the FIMK coin which was a total failure. They pretend to be incompetent but they are just scammers. They didn'T even know how much money they raised. They also lied about the costs of how much it did cost them to open their company. They are lie on every occasion.

Here is a picture of the 2:

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Again they do not pay out my money. Since about 4 days or so I am waiting for 0.07 BTC. This time they are not responding to anything. They just don't pay it out. Heat Ledger is the worst scam I have ever seen.

EDIT: After more than 5 days they paid me out

So you get paid after five days and you still have this thread?why not lock it or better place a notification in red bold letters that you got paid after 5 days and let those who will read this post judge for themselves if this is a scam or not .

Why is the heat thread still active on bct? This is why:

So is it cool with you if I make a Coin announcement and raise hundred thousands of dollars and then fork bitcoin with a small addition. Oh of course I will promise heaven to my investors. You will not delete that yeah? Because this is exactly what the heat guys did. And when somebody comes in and tries to disrupt my little ico you will delete his posts if he violates any of your pretty little rules? Because this is exactly what you are doing here. In my humble opinion you are doing the wrong thing here.
You see, the issue with your "Because this is exactly what the heat guys did" is that you are a random internet person who I don't know nor do I trust. In order to form an unbiased opinion, me alongside several other unrelated trustworthy users would have to spend countless hours researching every accusation, of whom there'd probably be in the thousands. Sound familiar?

What I just described is the court system, except without the elevated legal ability to retrieve necessary evidence, find and interview witnesses, without the resources or money to get proper equipment to analyze said evidence, employ the massive number of people that go into preparing and assessing a court case, without hundreds of years of laws, governing every edge case. That's why the forum chooses to leave the "moderation" of scams to institutions actually equipped with handling these cases - the courts, the police, etc.

However, if you were to act like an adult and instead of trolling and derailing threads you would voice your opinions in a constructive manner (which most of your newer posts do not display) then we'd probably wouldn't be having this conversation.

I provided extensive evidence for my claims. They are easily verifiable! As it seems that you have been following this thread closely (which most of your newer posts do not display), you would have noticed how broken the coin and how unreachable the advertised features are! It is clearly fraud what these guys did. Here is a timeline of the events: https://www.reddit.com/r/HeatLedgerIsAScam/comments/62w71u/timeline_of_heat_events/
Ask in the thread if the timeline is accurate. Nobody will say it isn't! With a look at this you can see why the coin is fraud. You don't need your team of pseudo lawyers anymore. If you are the judge, jury and executioner you promote yourself of being then you would know what to do. Delete the thread!

Oh if you need a guide on installing the heat wallet so you can receive your heat from the heat heads, I can recommend you my tutorial on how to set up a heat node on linux that you deleted. I think it will help you a lot.
Forward the evidence to your local authorities. Also, pull up your pants - your troll shtick is showing.

Summary:
Me: Hey this heat thread is a total scam you may want to delete it.
Mod: We have no evidence and no time to verify anything.
Me: Here is the evidence:
Mod: Talk to your local authorities, I don't care.
