I was thinking about buying some of these, then I looked at the rich list and saw how the dev owns nearly all of the supply.
So much no. Shame, I love to stake new coins but not if I have no chance of competing. Unfortunately, I dont see any future for this coin.

to compete here is easy i get many stakes per day. pos difficulty low still and very easy to do.

sure you can stake, but its pointless doing so.
In fact, compare every single persons daily stakes combined with the daily stakes of the dev wallets. Its just ridiculous.

It's true that I have not been around that much recently. We have been expanding the farm significantly in the past couple weeks. Currently we are in the process of metamorphosing more larvae to the pupae stage so we can get more beetles to breed for us. The farm will be expanded to roughly 12x the original numbers. We have a goal set of roughly 12.8m worms bred by next June, which is a little over a quarter million in USD. So you can see, we are quite ambitious in our plans with this. I posted a tweet earlier this week (https://twitter.com/HealthyWormCoin/status/862897255493373952) that shows the workload we are currently under. The pressure is so high for us to perform and reach these goals that I have even recruited my girlfriend to start helping out more

Yes, I hold a large percentage of the supply. But as everyone can see, it is not being sold or dumped. The reason we have that set aside is for later when the farm is running itself. Some of you may have noticed that http://healthyworm.com has been completely redone. In the top left, you can select HealthyWormCoin as a payment option. The coins I hold are going to be released slowly sometime in late 2017 to early 2018. The reason is explained in my first YouTube video (here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYTMdlcFiec), but the cliff's notes are this: we will be providing support for Superworm sales in both fiat and WORM in the future. The amount of coins released will be equal the amount of Superworms we can fulfill if everyone were to use WORM

If this is a deal breaker for you, I understand. However, I have been in crypto for over 4 years; I know what I'm doing. You can choose to go long with me and make a shitload of money, or you can keep day trading pennies back and forth to the same person and end up with a lower balance than you started with. The choice is yours, but I very strongly suggest listening to the person who has been around longer than any of you have. I've made millionaires before, and I will make millionaires again

Hello, please help! Stopped working wallet, after startup gives an error and closes. Library updated, synced again -
does not help.    Runtime error!

Delete everything except wallet.dat and reload. You most likely corrupted files with an improper system shutdown. You don't need nodes, it will find them automatically for you

Nice development there dev.  Seems business is growing and so the supply of Healthywormcoin too.  I scoop some worm at the exchange, since the 2017% pos won't last long.  I would suggest those who are watching this thread and have not bought worms to scoop some too.

quick question. I finally got my laptop repaired and was attempting to start staking my worm coins but i noticed i had locked it and forgot to unlock for minting. now i lost the paper with the unlock phrase. is there any way i can unlock it? or do i need to trash the wallet and reinstall?

If you have a copy of wallet.dat from before you locked it with a passphrase, you can use that
