Sadly, bitcoin is really looking to stabilize below $1,100 and it did not retain the $1,200 levels. So far right now there are plenty of alt-coins that are stabilizing at their current levels and seems that right now is looking to be an image of what are the baselines. Well, it is still a good level in my opinion.

Any idea hy bitcoin is dropping so fast? Last night i was expecting it to go back up a little so i could take some money out of it and put it in ETH, but now i'd sell with a significant loss. What made it drop?
It because they expect that ETF will be accepted that's why they hold their bitcoins for the sake of the price to be increase they when the etf was rejected they start selling their coins they panic again this is what i think. But this is normal it always happens if you remember month of january it will be rise again soon. |

It because they expect that ETF will be accepted that's why they hold their bitcoins for the sake of the price to be increase they when the etf was rejected they start selling their coins they panic again this is what i think. But this is normal it always happens if you remember month of january it will be rise again soon. You are probably correct and the talk about shard fork isn't helping. I'm going to hold my bitcoins for now and possibly buy some more if the price keeps dropping. |

Why sadly? Because you invested at such levels? Bitcoin is doing perfectly fine in maintaining the $1000 mark. So far every dump that caused the price to sink under $1000 has not been able to keep it there. There is enough support to buy the price back to above the $1000 mark, and that's all that counts for now. I don't really care about at what price marks altcoins are "stabilizing". It's all temporary as they will come down in price significantly. Just wait for it. |

Bitcoin dropped because of the FUD that was spread about a possible hard fork coming, things seems to have calmed down a little and the price has recovered some of the lost ground on the past few days, so that was a good opportunity to earn money, hope you got advantage of it. It's all about the rogercoin and right now the price of bitcoin seems to be pumping up again. It's time to buy back now and hold now. Good thing that I didn't did panic selling, too bad for those people that sold a lot of their coins under $1k  too bad for them, they are now regretting it for sure. Keep HODLING now people. It is such a shame people get deceived like that, personally this is the first time I see a FUD being so effective, FUD is everywhere in the forum but this is the first time I really saw the power of those that spread that information can have in the price. Regardless of the reason for the price drop, we can take this opportunity to buy more Bitcoins while the price is lower. We could even see the price drop more and each time is a good time to buy. This is what I did but I will not deny that for a few moments I was worried about what I was reading, so while I did not fell completely in the FUD, for a moment there was doubt in me about how to proceed since the FUD was very strong. |

ETH rejection is probably one of the reason why Bitcoin's Price is falling significantly. The Fears about a possible hard fork is one of those reasons too. After the Ethereum Chain split experience, I'm not sure anyone who experienced such would like to experience it again. So instead of just keeping coins in wallets, Some thinks that It's best to sell now. Whoever is holding the price above $1000+ levels is doing more than enough. Sooner or later the price will take a dip. |

I sold all my BTC last week when the price is about 1150. The price is about $980 now. Is it the right time to buy back? It's hard to predict if the price has reached bottom yet. No one could be sure about bottom nor top but you can average your buying prices by buying with 10% of your investment capital. Personally I do this and I can be sure that I will not miss buying opportunities below $1000 levels. I will buy again if prices break $950 or $1050. Honestly I am not an active trader yet buying bitcoins whenever I do get bitcoins for cheaper. |

Well you know amigo, I am starting to wonder if somebody is trying to control the bitcoin market psychology by means of news and media. It feels like when they want to make money they will press release an awesome news and then they will sell tons of bitcoins at a high price. Once they were satisfied, bad news will suddenly come out causing weak hands to sell low... kinda funny and scary. I dunno if my hands are weak.

The idea feels good but the best idea what i can tell is wait for atleast a week and then check how it goes if the price goes down more than this then plan to buy back the coin, if the price goes high then you will be in profit so that you can sell the bitcoin for much higher value. we all have faith in the btc because of the overall benefit which we get from it. hoping same thing will happen and btc to reach to its highest peak. |

Seems the bitcoin bubble will finally burst. Oh price drop because people started buying another bubble called ETH. No bubble means no burst. It's the speculation about a potential hard fork that takes down a price that we have been building up by real demand. If you look at Ethereum, then you can legitimately talk about a bubble. It's insane that people are entering Ethereum at such prices. People are hopping from Bitcoin to altcoins in order to benefit from the rush that they are experiencing right now. I feel really sorry for those that will get burned once things cool down. |

Yes we trust the btc much more. i dont want to make the same mistake which i did last year. i sold the coin thinking the price will not raise again and the value is getting much less then i regretted very badly. i understand one thing even if the price value of btc goes down then again it recover faster than gold or other investment options. what we have to do is we have to be patience when dont work in the right way sooner or little later we will see the benefit because of it. |

Don't worry, it's been good, I'm sure the early april the price will be above $1200, don't sell your bitcoin. Speculators trying to find a little bit of profit so making price corrected. They will buy more and the price is going up. |

Don't worry, it's been good, I'm sure the early april the price will be above $1200, don't sell your bitcoin. Speculators trying to find a little bit of profit so making price corrected. They will buy more and the price is going up.
I am not so sure. The potential split is still an issue. Some people are staying away until this is sorted out. |

It happened before, a few months ago, and we recovered from that as well.

The market falling to low $900's, and even slightly below $900 for a brief moment, don't really mean anything. It's the demand that matters as it is constantly lifting up the price after basically every dump we have experienced in the recent weeks. In that regard, you can even say that the market is moving in an obvious repetitive pattern that allows traders to ultimately benefit from these price swings. It's a great opportunity for basically everyone with the ability/understading to exploit these patterns. |

Sadly? I think this is pretty fair outcome, considered pretty uncertain situation we are in. We should be pretty happy that we didn't witness crash to the sub ~$800 levels, and instead we had consolidation and recovery. I am not sure that current price shifts of bitcoin are caused by potential fork eventuality or rather actions of Trump administration. |
