I agree that price dropped dramatically as it has been creating panics to investors particularly with china people, but nowadays with the recent past days price was now started to recover. The price was now recovering and pumping back to $5000 and soon to rise even more. There's no more panic anymore and even those china people realized that this decentralized currency is freedom and not a hindrance of earning bitcoin so far, so they kept on holding their coins and invest again and never cared for the government's banning system. This helped the price to reach at higher value as people will be more aggressive to invest their money with digital currency bitcoin.

if you take into account the Chinese situation, it seems to me that all this excitement was not very right and honest, because everything is like artificial manipulation. The Chinese always thought about making money in an easier way and thus the Chinese government decided to use this situation. Sometimes we guys you should not be even talking about such topics as to whether the price of bitcoin will recover or not, becaus ethere is solid answer for that one and that's called as Yes. It will always recover if it has lost its value in the long run because most of he reasons that cause the the drop in price are temporary news, temporary changes and temporary hard forks. During this period it's just the panicked people who go crazy selling their stuff leading to the chaos of bitcoin and off course its prices.

Even if we heard from people spreading FUD it will not gonna affect the majority of holders, maybe some are selling because they are new in bitcoin and they can easily get panic but eventually they will learn from their mistakes and will understand that FUD was created for the benefit of believers so they can buy cheap. yes, the china effect is almost totally gone from the market. Bitcoin is now at 4600$, now 5000$ is the next target, which looks easy now.
But the altcoin market has still not recovered. I think people losing their trust in altcoin and trusting bitcoin ,than anything else.
