my XFX 7950 can't reach 500-550kh/s each, also some visual glitches when mining LTC
HI so i have 2 XFX HD7950, on Guiminer, CGminer i can't, just can't get even close to 500kh/s EACH GPU
what i'm doing wrong? here's the .bat color 0A cgminer --scrypt -o notroll.in:6332 -u akipfer.i53330 -p 12345 -I 17 --shaders 1792 --intensity 15 --worksize 256 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 21712 pause
i keep the user/password, what can happens if some one mine with those?
also, when start mining, after feews seconds, i don't know, 20s maybe less, my desktop starts glitching, lots of visual artifacts, the ones like when doing Overclock and getting into a game, some like that i guess..
Any one knows wtf is happening?
afaik each 7950 Should do 500 to 550 KH/s with stock clocks, i'm right?

My settings for 7950 XFX are "--intensity 20 --worksize 256 -g2 --thread-concurrency 21712" and it gets ~600 khash depending on clocks. You could also try to undeclock them slightly to see if it helps for artifacts.

You should have a clock ratio for GPU/MEM clock of at least 0.7, best results with 0.57 (0.57 for example GPU 900MHz --> MEM 1,580 MHz).
Also if you are having problems with artifacts, i am sure you are using the Catalyst 13.x Driver. Try for example 12.6 to get rid of artifacts while mining. (worked for me at least)
Edit: Try 825 GPU and 1,450 MEM clocks at I 19. That should give you almost exact 500KH/s

Obviously every card is different, but my settings here give me 620kh/s on each card. Using 12.8 drivers and OC'd to 1095/1575, voltage dropped to 975.
--intensity 18 --thread-concurrency 24000 -w 128

thx for the help, but i don't want to OC, not now at least... can u send me the 12.6 driver? on amd.com only 13.x drivers now if i get at lease, 500 kh/s each gpu, i would be way more happy EDIT -> i forgot to say, im have two but without crossfire, i don't have the crossfire cable right now, only sli maybe is that?

You can download the old drivers from AMD's site.

turns out...
that didn't work
im still so so sad ;(
starting to get tired of this too,
i try all, even get one of the GPU out of my motherboard(ASUS 8Z68-v PRO/GEN3)
here is my sys specs
i5 3330 motherboard ASUS 8Z68-v PRO/GEN3 (sli/crossfire ready) 1000w PSU from OCZ ZX Series 80+ Stamp certified 8Gigs DDR3 Dual Channel
Plus DvD Writer. who cares? haha.
so still can't pass 370-400mh/s ltc mining EACH CARD(only one plugged in right now, as said before) is my sys spec a piece of shit for mining? i may use for gaming too, but mostly for mining(if i can get it to with 100% hash/s

500 Mh/s or Kh/s ? Maybe you are using guiminer without scrypt...

500 Mh/s or Kh/s ? Maybe you are using guiminer without scrypt... i`m connected to notroll.in(only ltc), it says mh/s but should be kh/s i think(Guiminer bug i guess) if not, how to use --script with Guiminer?

I have 2 XFX 7950's not in crossfire. The newer one I just installed is voltage locked but I still am able to get over 500kh/s with intensity 18. The lower intensity allows me to not have any slowdown while working on the PC. I don't use Trixx, afterburner or anything besides the latest AMD beta drivers in Windows 8. cgminer.conf { "pools" : [ { "url" : "stratum+tcp://eu.wemineltc.com:3333", "user" : "travanx.1", "pass" : "1" } ] , "intensity" : "18,14", "vectors" : "1,1", "worksize" : "256,256", "kernel" : "scrypt,scrypt", "lookup-gap" : "0,0", "thread-concurrency" : "21712,21712", "shaders" : "1792,1792", "gpu-engine" : "0-850,0-850", "gpu-fan" : "0-70,0-70", "gpu-memclock" : "1250,1250", "gpu-memdiff" : "0,0", "gpu-powertune" : "0,0", "gpu-vddc" : "0.962,0.962", "temp-cutoff" : "100,100", "temp-overheat" : "100,100", "temp-target" : "100,100", "api-port" : "4028", "expiry" : "120", "gpu-dyninterval" : "7", "gpu-platform" : "0", "gpu-threads" : "1", "hotplug" : "5", "log" : "5", "no-pool-disable" : true, "queue" : "1", "scan-time" : "6", "scrypt" : true, "temp-hysteresis" : "3", "shares" : "0", "kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin" }

I haven't had high hashes with XFX cards hashing myself. They're not very good for it.

The Catalyst 13.1 drivers have artifacting issues, I upgraded to the Beta 13.3 drivers and all artifacting went away.
