He deposited 0.5, made it up to 7, then lost the 7. You should always withdraw while ahead.

Yes, it very often works like that. No matter how ahead you are, it is never enough. Then at some point the luck ends. Play smart!

I had a great day on Bit777 today.  Started with 1 mBTC and finished with 1 BTC/1000 mBTC.  Will be selling that on CAvirtex for about $945 CAD.  About $1000 in less than 6 hours, not bad dude.

Something strange is going on.This has happened several times. I thought I was losing my mind. I was playing blackjack surrender and i just won a hand. but my balance did not increase.  Ok, maybe i was wrong with my amount. But then i check my Casino Activity and it shows the hand won in the second entry and in the last entry is a losing hand. But i know I did not play another hand. I've must of lost about 0.02 Btc this way. Can you look into this. I'd like to be credited or I might have to find a new place to play. I lose just fine on my own, I don't need any extra help from you.

EDIT: I just went back to check it again, I know I had 80mBtc, now i have 73 mBtc. it now shows I lost 4 hands after my win. I know I didnt play another han after I won, let alone 4 more hands!

Specifically the last 4 games I did not even play, it says i lost a total of 0.007 Btc. Before that it happened many times but I just thought I was losing my mind, I didn't make note of a specific hand, I just kept playing. But like I said, I must've lost about 0.02 Btc this way before I checked the Casino  Activity and it said I lost the last game, which I did not play. Then I wrote the first post.  Then I went back to Casino Activity again to make sure I was correct and it showed I lost 3 more hands that I did not play.

We found some inconsistency with 5-6 hands and we are trying to find out what and how it happened. We will update your balance with the proper amount today once we resolve it.

Another reason why one should only play at provably fair bitcoin casino sites.

Thanks

Credited your account. Also please check your internet connection, if it isn't bad or something. You have been a player with us for at least a few months and it hasn't happened before, so logically you shouldn't be having issues. It seems like the only explanation is an internet related issue.

haha especially at bit777 and the "rng casino software"..

It's designed to take money at any given time, unlike a provable fair bitcoin casino that goes by math and long term probabilities.
