We have got some investors on board not big amount but still enough to launch , code , add security , SQL for server setup and we also also working on signature campaign + we are in the process of locking the premine down , we would be able to do some press release in future also .

Yes , as this project is not an ICO and we need funds for development , listing to livecoin and bittrex , press release . We are selling some of the coins to get funds .
We have also updated the ann about it .
The whole premined would be locked on 8th April .
