中新网3月23日电 据济南市公安局历城区分局官方微博消息，今日，历城区公安分局就网上传播的一段撕毁人民币的视频进行调查。调查结果显示，视频内容系国美电器洪家楼店负责人对员工进行训话，并强令员工当众撕毁人民币。历城区公安分局对违法行为人刘某某处以警告，并处罚款1000元。

撕毁人民币和妨碍人民币流通是违法行为，作为一负责人应该懂这个法律。
