中新网3月23日电 据济南市公安局历城区分局官方微博消息，今日，历城区公安分局就网上传播的一段撕毁人民币的视频进行调查。调查结果显示，视频内容系国美电器洪家楼店负责人对员工进行训话，并强令员工当众撕毁人民币。历城区公安分局对违法行为人刘某某处以警告，并处罚款1000元。

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

撕毁人民币和妨碍人民币流通是违法行为，作为一负责人应该懂这个法律。
