What honestly the error you receive you should do screenshot or video as a proof that you receive the error..
If you dont have a strong proof because sometimes in their system they can not read some issue. so better to make a screenshot when the error happens..  so that they can help you if you are just giving the history of your bet i think its useless

It is true. We can't argue that there was an error but without any proof. This site is quite old, and many people trusted them, but the only thing is they are quite slow in replying queries, but I don't think they will spoil their reputation for such a small amount. Since there is a max button and by mistake, you might have pressed.

Agree on what you have said FJ is already quiet old and been operating for long period and now this issue have come out and for op theres a max bet button and you cant tell us that theres none even you are saying your are on mobile.One thing does question on my mind,wheres the betting log of that last bet? Hoping for admin to clarify this things up.

i think this is another risk that we could face when we are playing gambling because not all people will have this experience and i think the OP will thinking twice before he wants to playing gambling in that site or in another sites. beside that, i hope that the OP can learn from the mistake, maybe when this is happen, the site is having maintain so whatever members doing, it will not record in their database. i hope the OP have sending email for clarifying this to the site and i hope this problem can solve as soon as possible.

Fortunejack was my favourite casino for really long time, but nowadays I avoid it too.
I had never got any payout issue, but there was other strange things, like:
  - Chat just didn't load. I used the chat a lot, but they made an updare, and some "redesign", after that I couldn't use that. I tried it in multiple browsers..
  - You have to refresh the page after you claim a faucet, othervise it's simply not shown on your balance. And its amount is 523 sat as I remember... Why exactly 523?
  - If you don't use the casino for a longer time, ie. a week or so, your recent bets just disappear.
  - I don't understand that "Lucky Jack" or what too. When I click on it, most of the names it picks are "unknown".
  - Also, they supported many coins in the past which I liked, nowadays they support only a few.
 
Site seems to be less maintained nowadays, and rather seems fogey to me than old. There are many other casinos you can choose

It is a game by TOMHORN, not so popular provider compared to netent, endorphina, softwiss etc imho. Probably there was a glitch on the software that made his balance dissapear. Waiting for an official confirmation from Fortunejack regarding this issue.
I believe if the mistake was on the software then he will get his money back but of course if it was his own mistake then FJ cant do anything.

- I'm not sure how does betting history look like now, but yes, I experienced that if I don't log in for a while, then "my bets" tab is empty.

- I don't say Luckyjack is not real, I'm just confused why it picks many "unknown" players.

- I understand that supporting coins that doesn't have a big userbase is not worth, I just prefer multicoin casinos. Maybe deprecated ones could be changed to new ones. This is not an issue, its just something I liked in FJ, and its gone.

Yes i was also confused by their bet logs but it was actually my mistake that i couldn't figure out how much i was winning and what is my actual balance. I keep playing on one of their slot machines with two deposits, one got faster confirmation so it appear on my balance and i started playing with it and in the meantime couldn't notice actually what i thought was my winning was my next deposit.

I got angry and talked to the support and i checked all my bet logs one by one to figure out where i miscalculated my balance. 

We need to wait for Fortunejack staffs to reply on this thread with explanation, they can be trusted and are known for good support.

FortuneJack.com are scammers, they scammed me out of > 3 bitcoins and others see these threads below.
They have closed and taken the balance of 207 FortuneJack.com accounts including mine, saying its due to some multi-accounting BS, but it is just a scam, FortuneJack.com know their users will log in via a shared IP, vpn, tor dynamic IP etc, hell several people in one household could have an account, fortunejack.com is just using this to justify stealing peoples bitcoins.

Aha, that's a whole new development here. If there isn't even a max bet on the mobile version how the hell would he have ever bet such a random amount? It wouldn't have happened. This doesn't make sense FortuneJack.

Anyone play here still and notice that the dice jackpot was reduced this morning by almost an entire BTC.    You wouldnt believe what live chat told me when I asked them about this ... I will post screenshots if anyone cares to see.
