Anyone recommend a secure (mostly due to the fore coming Hard Fork) web wallet like Coinbase (but not Coinbase),
to keep my EUR (fiat) and both BTC? Thank you Cheesy

PS: All my fiat are in a Flex bitcoin account now.

You can use Bitstamp or BTC-e. Both are good and secured.

Buy bitcoin there and move BTC then sell in other exchange to keep in fiat.

This can happen but currently both are best and most trust-able sites for fiat and bitcoins for BitStamp you must complete verification process otherwise they will not allow you to use this site

I think you must convert all of fiat money (EUR) in bitcoin then withdrawal all of bitcoin to offline wallet bitcoin,
so you will not lose money because of fees because in bitcoin you can be full of control your money
and put money in bitcoin there is not inflation like in fiat money.

does btc-e have higher price for all coins and tokens? i wonder what are the cons of using the exchagne like can we withdraw the btc as fast as we can after. seem to good to be true, if i send my btc from bitfinex to btc-e and then move to usd. i haven't tried anything like this. how do i send my usd back to bitfinex?

Did you heard about Arbitrage. No exchange normally have same price. Some has little diff some has higher. Normally BTC-e price lower then normal price but this time it's higher then normal price.

yes. i know about it but how do i do it without sending IDs and filing KMC. Bitfinex itself is crazier. Its not just me that wants to do it though, everybody else has the same idea like everyone who wants to earn. not sending any IDs to all these exchanges. its not for me. but good luck though.

Maybe try these two exchanges if you are worried about not being able to withdraw due to not being able to submit the proper id when they want it for you to be able to withdraw your money from their exchange.

kraken, you can do both,  keep Fiat & BTC together. Even if it's not a pure wallet, but more an exchange, and as you can often read it is not totally recommanded to keep funds in such wallets, kraken is one of the fews i trust for this
