Yes, I'm afraid of death, so I want to live forever. Maybe later I'll regret it and will want to die

Well living forever isnt the problem, but what happens next. Over population is on the rise even when death is doing his work perfectly.. The drug will be hidden from the public though and I think only the elites will have access to them

No I'm more than happy to live the lifetime god had given me. Living forever is tiring and sad because you will see your love ones die one by one.

Nope, definitely not.Living forever means that I will have to witness the death of my grandparents, parents, currently non-existent sons and daughters, or even my descendants. This will be an excruciating mental torture to every human being who possess emotions.

Definitely not. I dont believe in FOREVER but i Believe in LIFETIME .. Living forever is like theres no ending, you will see your families, loveones, neighbors or even your own pets going to die but you .. you still alive .. maybe when you live forever you already do everything to the point you already busted but you.. you dont have any chance to end up that situation .. Me i choose to live Lifetime with my families and my loveones and when the time im going to die ill pray to God if i will going to live again, pls and i rather to choose the parents i have right now and the loveones i have right now ..

I believe in life after death. And a much better life than this one can give even if I have all the wealth in the world. So no thannks.

I also believe that our souls are immortal. If life does not end, it will lose its meaning.

maybe the genes to live forever will pass down and you can keep them with you forever. long term that would give u a huge f*king family lol

Would YOU choose to live forever?

Scientists have made a discovery that could lead to a revolutionary drug that actually reverses ageing.

The drug could help damaged DNA to miraculously repair and even protect Nasa astronauts on Mars by protecting them from solar radiation.

A team of researchers developed the drug after discovering a key signalling process in DNA repair and cell aging.

During trials on mice, the team found that the drug directly repaired DNA damage caused by radiation exposure or old age.

'The cells of the old mice were indistinguishable from the young mice after just one week of treatment,' said lead author Professor David Sinclair.

Human trials of the pill will begin within six months.

Cool

I used to think it would be cool, but I am not so sure anymore - forever is a long time. I certainly thing significantly extenting our current expectations is a good thing, but ask me again when I am older...

and what is the meaning of eternal life
Actually according to spiritual view point, you must die to gain eternal life, because its believed by most religions that this world will be destroyed, but the righteous will gain eternal life and live in another world or realm. so depends on ur believe

Would I choose to live forever?

Yes, so that I have more time to praise God.

It all depends on your quality of life.  Living forever and being miserable, no.  If you were however in decent well being then it would make sense because you could liking solve any problem given enough time.
