Like Duncan Mac Cloud, of course to live forever is good and does not get old. How much you can interest the experience for it to receive and benefits, and a whole bunch of jobs to change, all professions comprehend, all countries visit and live and have a wife in every country to have.

Don't even really need jobs if you can live forever, since you can just live off of interest and investment profits. Which means that you could choose to do whatever it is that interests you and spend all your time either traveling and eating or learning new things that excite you. Either way, longevity sounds like a clear win to me if disease is not an issue.

To live forever is probably too dangerous. But I think I could enjoy one or two reboots, provided I can remember who I am Smiley

I like your idea. I think I would agree. I guess it would really depend on what 'forever' looked like... Do you get the same life? The same brain? The same skills?

It's a dangerous idea, to be sure.

Forever means you keep going, no reset. If you keep going, you can always choose to learn something new or to experience something new. So there's nothing dangerous as long as you remain in a healthy body.

I would say more than likely yes. I don't know if I would stick around for "forever" but a few thousand/million years? Why not, the way things are right now I feel like one lifetime is not enough time to experience all that life has to offer.

That's my problem too. There are so many things that I want to learn and try out that I would probably need a hundred life times to even get started.

In no case. Eternity is too long. You will get tired)) Gradually, everything will get bored and become monotonous. Every day will be similar to yesterday. And then the children will not give birth. The meaning of life in its development and continuation of the genus. Eternal life on earth is impossible.

If you get tired just take a break and do nothing until you feel like doing something again. There's a lot of development and innovation, so even if you get bored you can just sit back for a hundred years and be amazed by a completely new range of possibilities to live your life.

No. Because life forever does not guarantee we live happily and otherwise we will be left by the people we love Cry

Ah, true I guess. Would just need to become rich and pretend to have kids every 50 years or something if you don't want to move countries all the time lol

I would choose it if everyone else did. Losing family and friends wouldn't be worth it so they would have to live forever too.
