... and in death, a person can't do anything.

Cool

Cure your cancer at home. Ivermectin, fenbendazole, methylene blue, and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) are chief among parasite drugs. Somebody might claim that he doesn't want to live forever, but if he remained healthy, when would the time ever come that he would select death?

Hmmm…I don’t think I have a final answer for this. But I guess it would be nice to have the option? I believe technology is already being developed that allows for immortality via the virtual realm. I believe the Virternity Project is already exploring the idea. Have you heard of it? I guess when I’m old or sick, it would be nice to know that I can avail of a technology that could allow me to extend my life. What about you?

Better to die or being a mortal rather than seeing your loved ones dying and leaving you.

I dont like living forever, but if i can freely choose the time to live and the age, besides, i can die when I want to die. If like this, i would definitely accept it.

Would YOU choose to live forever?

Scientists have made a discovery that could lead to a revolutionary drug that actually reverses ageing.

The drug could help damaged DNA to miraculously repair and even protect Nasa astronauts on Mars by protecting them from solar radiation.

A team of researchers developed the drug after discovering a key signalling process in DNA repair and cell aging.

During trials on mice, the team found that the drug directly repaired DNA damage caused by radiation exposure or old age.

'The cells of the old mice were indistinguishable from the young mice after just one week of treatment,' said lead author Professor David Sinclair.

Human trials of the pill will begin within six months.

Cool
That is difficult question. We can't say many thing yet about life and our views on it till we live like 100 years or 200. Maybe we will beg for death.
To complicated.

I do not want to live forever. What will I do after my wife and children die, my friends and parents? What's the point of living alone?

For me, I don't want to live forever. Maybe I want to live long so that I can live my life to the fullest. It can be possible because of the technologies nowadays. It can prevent it from being aged and have sickness. But we cannot assure that because of some accidents that happen.

i suggest no, because it would be pretty boring if all of your close relatives, family members and friends keep moving on with their lives while you still remain in the world and feel the pain of their passing away. If my family lives forever with me, then I would go for it otherwise to hell with immortal life.

Living in this world only once. Living forever it feels very boring if we can't enjoy it. Whereas we know that after this life there will still be a phase of life that is far more lasting than life in the world.

I do't think so. Because I'm sure there are still more beautiful places that are heaven.

Me too! I'm so curious to find out how technology for this will progress. My wild guess is mind uploading or digital immortality as mentioned in Virternity. What about you? Which technology do you think will be used to achieve immortality?
